HOW can you send me  a Final demand Notice When I pay by Direct debit of £30.99 to be collected on 24/11/2020

Do you have your iD Mobile account registered?  If so, it would be worth logging in to the account on the iD Mobile App or our website to check all is ok with your billing.  You can register your account on our website here if needed.

It could be that a Direct Debit payment didn’t go through, and if that happened on more than 2 occasions the Direct Debit would be cancelled and you would then need to pay manually.

 

If you need to make a manual payment, then you can do so either through your account through the ways mentioned above (registering and logging in) -or-

You can call our iD Mobile Automated Service Line on 0333 003 7777

You'll be asked for your mobile number

Select Option 2 for Payments & Billing
Select Option 2 again for Making a payment

We can’t check this without first accessing the account.

Have you tried logging into the iD app/account?

This will confirm if the bill has been paid or is overdue.

You can also make a payment this way.
