I keep getting multiple emails telling me my bill is ready?

Has anyone else had duplicate ‘your monthly bill is ready’ emails? Had them three days running so far.

Are all three emails exactly the same? How many accounts do you have with us?

They’re all exactly the same and I only have one account with you. I normally only get one email.

Can you let us know next month if the issue persists?

 

It may have just been a one-off but we’d like to look into it if it keeps happening.
