I made a payment unnecessarily and require a refund, how do I go about it

Hello, I made a payment, because I got a text message my direct debit was going through (turns out, it was fine :S), so I made a payment of £5 unnecessarily and would like the refund back to my account. There is no one to call and all routes to help point me here. What information do I need to provide to get this achieved?
