I need to know what date between the 5th of march to the 30 april, 2019 i made a call to certain number. I am not with id anymore but it is very important i know because i have a problem i need to get sorted

Hello @Barryjones2010,

 

Bills are archived after 12-months so we’ll need to request for a copy of these bills to be retrieved.

Since usage on bills is back-dated, it’ll be better to get the March, April & May bills.

 

We’ll get someone to PM you so we can sort this.
