I have purchased a 1-month contract with ID mobile, but decided to retract my purchase after only a few days, under Distant Selling Regulations. Reaching someone in the phone was quite a struggle, but I eventually got the contract cancelled.
yesterday I have received a 2.17£ invoice for the 13/06-08/07 period.
i have never even put the SIM card in my phone.
can someone tell me how to get ID mobile to waive this invoice and stop trying to harass me?
