i work for nhs yet you sent me a message saying i have used my unlimited data in a week????

I joined on the NHS unlimited data package and you sent me a message saying I would be charged extra £10 per 100 mb. Fix this now

Hi @Ihatethisok,

The message you have received will be relating to your original allowances and because the unlimited allowances offered to NHS workers are classed as an add-on, they will take over after your original allowances have been used up.

If you log into your account online, can you see the unlimited allowance there? If not then please let us know.
