Hello. I paid ID bill 3 times a month. Why does not the amount of the invoice change in the account ID ???

Hi @Martyna Watko,

If you have made a payment, the balance in your account should show this within 24-hours, or a bit longer if a direct debit is due to be taken on a weekend.

Please can you send us an email  so we can look into your bill further? Also include your community username, full name, full address, date of birth and mobile number too.
