iD Billing Issue

Hello. I paid ID bill 3 times a month. Why does not the amount of the invoice change in the account ID ???

Hi @Martyna Watko,

If you have made a payment, the balance in your account should show this within 24-hours, or a bit longer if a direct debit is due to be taken on a weekend.

Please can you send us an email to CommunitySupport@idmobile.co.uk so we can look into your bill further? Also include your community username, full name, full address, date of birth and mobile number too.
