Hi there, will a deposit paid on id mobiles website show as carphone warehouse on your bank statement??

@Luke30 I just checked my bank statement and nope, mine shows as ID Mobile Limited

Hmm interesting.

Mine isn't a normal monthly installment, it's actually a new purchase. An upfront cost for the phone so hopefully it's just that! Thanks for looking on yours.

Mine has been shown as yours - carphone warehouse in statement.

 

now I cancelled my order and they told me that i didnt paid nothing as upfront to idmobile.

 

waiting for a refund for 2 weeks and no resolution from their side.

 

good luck with refind if you will cancel your order.

 

i will never use this company again, their support can’t do nothing.
