Incorrect data monthly allowances

Hi, I've just changed my ID plan to have 50 gb data. Once my dashboard was updated, it showed I have 37 gb of data. On my previous plan I had 2 gb of data. Any idea why this would be? Has this happened to anyone else? Many thanks.

Hi @BillyMartin, if you changed your plan mid-way through your billing period, the allowances will be implemented on a pro-rata basis. From next month, you’ll receive 50GB. If not, give us a shout right away and we’ll look into it for you.
