This would be from using additional data; can you remember running out of your data allowance at all during the billing period for that bill?

its my teenage daughters phone that i pay for.. so its just data usage then and going over her limit?

Hello @Z6982667,

That’s correct.

 

You can set a cap in the app/account to prevent any out of plan usage from being incurred once the data has been used.

You can also look at changing plans to one with a higher amount of data or even look at buying an add-on.
