Hi there,
Yes, you can. If you have the ID mobile app, you can change your plan by going to ‘My Account’ section. Beware though, as you may be unable to change your plan for up to 28 days once you’ve selected a new one.
Alternatively, you can choose to purchase an add on which will prevent you from having to change your plan but these can be quite costly.
if all else fails, give 7777 a call and they’ll be able to change your plan or activate an add on for you.
