Hi, I'm having some financial struggles at the moment and am currently dealing with my phone being restricted due to an unpaid bill of £100. I am paying this tomorrow although I was wondering if I could get this month's bill, next month, as I do not have the finances right now and I have went about crazy with buying add-ons.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with paying your bills.
Unfortunately, we can’t add extensions to payment via our Team however, our Collections Team should make contact if the bill is left unpaid and you can discuss this with them to see if it’s something they can provide.
