Hi ID Mobile, 

 

My bill is due today but because of what’s been happening with this COVID-19, I haven’t been working and it’s been difficult as I am a full time uni student and I wanted to ask for help please or if you could wave it off cause I don’t know how I’m going to pay it please..

While you wait for a member of the ID Team to get back to you, I know banks are reaching out to customers with help and advice, might be worth chatting to the bank as an alternative  back up plan.
