Late payment
I paid my overdue bill and waited 24 hours but my phone is still blocked from making phone calls, sending texts and using data , what do I do?
I have the same issue; Been over a week now!

Sorry to hear you're both facing these issues.
Have you since been able to get this resolved?
When a payment is made, it takes up to 24-hours for the suspension to be lifted.
If this isn't done automatically, we'll need to manually request this.
