I left the network on 20 Dec and use of the phone number after putting this into action the previous month. 
 

I went to remove the DD from my bank account after this date to see a request for a date after this. I do. I do not understand  this payment request. 
 

I can give relevant information needed to solve this. 
 

Please can the relevant ID mobile staff member help me with this.

Hello @Aqua908,

Did you contact us to provide a 30-day notice of disconnection?

If so, your account will cancel in 30-days time.

During this time, any bills that are normally produced will be and payment collected as normal.

Anything charged past your notice period is creditted back to you on your final bill.

When an account is disconnected, a final bill is generated and this is the final payment due for an account. (This can sometimes be a credit as above)

If payment is due for this, we’ll collect this 14-days after.
