I have lodged a complaint and I dont agree with decision how do I get in touch via email as phones are always busy, I really dont want to go to the ombudsman with this matter

Were you given a Deadlock Letter? If not, simply get in touch with our Live Chat Team and request that from them there regarding the complaint you had.
You can then contact the Ombudsman with the letter and they’ll independently decide whether they believe the outcome to our complaint investigation to be fair.
