Making a full payment
What do you do if you are moving abroad and would like to make a full payment and find out how much you need to pay ?

Sorry to hear you'll be cancelling due to moving abroad but wishing you all the best with this!
If you're wanting to cancel and pay off the remainder of the contract, you'll need to first contact us to arrange a 30-day disconnection.
Once done, a final bill will be generated (usually within 24-hours from disconnection) and you can pay this amount off.
