Maths question
Today I decided to move from the £3.99 plan to £5. My billing period is 07 Jun 19 - 06 Jul 19. I don't have any usage outside of my plan. My pro-rated bill for this month is £5.17. I'm not a mathematician, but I think when you switch from a £3.99 plan to a £5 plan, should it not pro-rate somewhere between £3.99 and £5?

Hi @cja123
To check the breakdown of your bill, we'd need to access your account.
If you contact our Live Chat Team here they should be able to check this out for you and see what is happening with your latest bill.
