Purchased a call add-on but still received a text advising 100% of minutes used?

I have purchased a minutes add on 2 days ago, before my allowance ran out. This add on appears on my usage wheel.

Today I received a text saying my regular allowance had been 100% used and I would be charged 40 p a minute going forward and it might be cheaper to buy an add on. But I already have purchased an add on.

Hey @Bettam 

 

This message is an automated reminder when your plan allowance is used up. Even when you buy an add-on you will receive this message. It is just a warning in case if you forgot to buy an add-on. As long as your Account shows that you have got an allowance to use don't worry about this message as it may happen in the future again.
