have checked my credit score today and I have 3 missed payments logged against me in the name of Carphone Warehouse. 1 for each of the last 3 months. I had 3 accounts, 1 for each of my children. The first ended in December 19 as my daughter sorted her own contract out, the missed payments only started in March 20 so not related to this. The other 2 contracts I can see the payments coming out of my account each month. How can i check what these missed payments are against me? No one appears to be working at ID Mobile, phone lines automated, online live chat not available. Am I supposed to just carry on for a few months ruining my credit score waiting for someone to go back to work?
