Hi I joined up on the understanding my bill was 6.00 a month? I paid this bill and now your saying my bill is £41 and you’ve cut me off? Why?

Hi there @Tasha2828 

Have you registered your iD Mobile account?  If so, it should state within the iD Mobile app or within the My Account area on our website anything that you’ve been billed for.

 

We’d only ever be charging you for the line rental by default.  If you had gone over any allowances then you would run up further costs there up to any spending cap you had applied to the account.
