My name is pete pheasant
today my wife made a payment on her debit card due to me being in hospital- she made a payment of £83.97 And it states we had to pay this ASAP have we been charged for 2 months ?

Hi Pete,

It sounds as though there had been a missed payment on the account, possibly due to a failed or cancelled Direct Debit.

If you take a look on the iD Mobile app you will see your latest bills and also confirm if your Direct Debit is set up correctly.

I have logged on after using the link from your latest e-mail but keep getting sent to the iD community page. What do I have to do to see my latest bill on my laptop?
