My bill is higher than usual

Hi, my dad paid a bill which was allot higher than usual. I’ve looked at it and there is an anomaly that we are not sure of it just says UK. He’s recently been undergoing allot of cancer treatment so is really not up to speaking with anybody let alone using technology that he is u sure of. I really need to speak to an advisor on his behalf. I’d really appreciate some help with this. Thanks so much
