my bill is wrong and there is no way to contact you

I spent one hour trying to start a live chat - please don’t tell me it is my browser, cookies, security or anything such.  Let’s just forget the live chat option is there.

I need to talk to someone, a real person, about my bill.

Hi @Ryan 

Thank you for your reply.  The bill has been corrected to show nothing is due in November, however I still had £5 deducted from my account today.  I am not sure why.

I appreciate your help with that matter

If a credit has been applied to your account, this will show on next months bill, please check your next bill and let us know if there are any issues.
