I have coverage because I've used the network before. This is my replacement SIM and it says it is activated but it's not working

Hi @M.ali,

We are sorry to hear that, have you been able to try the SIM card inside another phone to see if it works? If it does then the phone could be faulty. Please let us know what happens.
