The ID network is down in my area, has been since yesterday and won't be back up until 15th April. Will I automatically get a reduction on my next bill for no service for this amount of time, or will I need to contact customer services for this (not even sure when I can do this)? Being the situation we are in right now, this is very inconvenient as I'm now unable to contact some family members, unless I leave my area which we are not supposed to do. 6 days of no service is ridiculous.
