I have bought a PAYG bundle for £5, and the Sim is fitted to my phone and connected to iD mobile network.
I have registered online and my account correctly shows up as follows:
£5 Value Bundle - New
Expires on 22.10.20 11:59 PM
However, I cannot make calls as I have no credit as follows:
Pay As You Go £0.00
My allowances are as follows:
150 of 150 MINS
unlimited TEXTS
0.5 of 0.5GB DATA
I have already spent hours on the Online Chat and the best they could come up with was ‘have you tried resetting your phone?
Please could someone here either sort this out, advise me what I can do next?
I suspect that the reason might be that I haven’t made a link to a bank account for a recurring bundle.
I just wanted to try the iD mobile service for a month without having to commit any further,
and as things stand, I’m not very impressed, to say the least
