i have unlimited data and i have received a text to say that have used 100% of my data and will be charged for further usage.

Hello there @SWarren 

If you look within the iD Mobile App it should confirm there that you have unlimited data left.

Those texts tend to only take into account your standard data amount per month (and not any bonuses, like the NHS one you currently have).
