My 2nd bill due to go out by DD 29/8
its now saying over due by £12.99 but no DD has been called for?? Help

Is the payment still showing as outstanding?

What shows in the app in the Direct Debit section?

It’s gone out now but not till this morning?? It seems that my bills go out on the 1st as last months was the same but stated the 27th - next one is due on 25th according to app so will see what happens next month. Thank you
