My direct debit should have been taken today and is yet to come out of my account. Says on the app that it is due today and the direct debit details are for the correct account. It also won’t let me make an manual payments telling me the secured pin and password I’m entering are incorrect and they are not. What should I do? I do not want to miss my first direct debit and it then be held against me because of this
