I made a return weeks ago now and have been informed that the phone has been received but I haven’t been refunded the £29.99 which was billed from my account for the first month of the contract.
Spoke to someone on online chat and they said it would be escalated and refunded in 2 days but has been over a week now and STILL no refund in my account.
Please can this be sorted ASAP.
