Are you trying to make calls within the UK? Is the number a premium one that you trying to call? How is the reception in your area?
Ah, that is probably issue, 0845 number, so it is not using my minutes, it is outside the bundle? Annoying as I now have extra minutes I don’t need 🙄. Thank you at least it makes sense 🙏
