I have not been charged the correct amount of £24.99 in the 3 months since the contract started. Ive now been charged £43 for one month despite my cap being set to £0

Hi there @dpoller 

Have you requested a date change on your Direct Debit at all since starting with us?

That can sometimes be a factor for your bill to be a different amount than usual due to it being a pro-rata amount before things line up with the new date you’ve requested for the Direct Debit’s to come out on.

If you check the bill in question it should be visible on their the dates from and to that the period is for.  Thereafter it should just be a standard monthly bill at the same time each month.
