Not getting NHS offer

Hi. I am an NHS worker and availed your NHS offer in which there is unlimited min/text & data till october without any charge. I registered through my work email and had got confirmation email as well. But am getting the same monthly bills deducted as direct debit. Please advise on this.

Hello @Adeel Ghias,

 

You’ll continue on your current plan price, but the add-on for the NHS unlimited plan should be applied from what I’m aware.

This will last until the October date.

 

It’s not a free off charge until October plan, it just means you won’t be paying additional costs for having the plan changed.

Hi,

I applied for &  registered for the iD Mobile NHS unlimited offer.

I received acknowledgement that i would be billed my normal amount but would be able to use extra data and minutes as needed.

However I have been billed for the extra use.

I thought this would be taken off automatically.

Can someone please sort this out.

Hi @Eamondoherty75,

We are sorry to hear about this. Has the extra charge been for using data and ordinary calls/texts? Premium usage will still be billed as normal if it was a premium number that you had called/messaged.
