Now taken payment 3 times....

Today I was suposed to recieve a refund for the payment error of being taken twice by DD, but no you've now taken a 3rd payment by DD for same bill, same amount. Please refund me and I suggest some goodwill credit is applied to my account.

got my refund finally sorted and it shocking that people who got payment took twice didn't get any credit given as I know I didn't

well im annoyed I got told I get my refund today but still haven't got it

if its not in tomorrow morning and they start making more excuses I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback as I not giving away money im not a charity

Same for me!

I cannot get hold of ID on phone or online chat. I'm very disappointed with the customer service related to this and agree compensation should be offered by ID without requiring users to request this.
