Have an old contract that is in default I would like to set up a payment plan but have been unsuccessful finding any contact number I no longer have any information on the account

Hi there @Jenbravo11 

Have you had letters from a Debt Recovery Agency?  If so, if you message them through the various contact methods listed on any paperwork you’ve had.  They’ll very likely be able to assist with a payment plan to get that resolved.
