Ongoing charges after cancelling contract.

I cancelled my contract with you 2 years ago, however have recently noticed that I am still being charged every month for a phone I no longer use. How do I get a refund?

I’m sorry to hear that, can you confirm how it was you cancelled the contract with us?

Are you being billed the monthly rate as you signed up to?

You will be able to see if I give you the details that the contract hasn’t been used since. I am being billed £6 per month and have been for nearly 2 years after the contract was cancelled!!
