I cancelled my contract with you 2 years ago, however have recently noticed that I am still being charged every month for a phone I no longer use. How do I get a refund?

Are you being billed the monthly rate as you signed up to?

You will be able to see if I give you the details that the contract hasn’t been used since. I am being billed £6 per month and have been for nearly 2 years after the contract was cancelled!!Â
