Outstanding balance

I have received a letter that says that I owe 10 pound and it must be paid today
I thought I had already paid the amount as it was a 2 year contract, I do not have the phone anymore but I want to settle the payment
I have tried ringing up but I cannot get through, also without knowing the number I'm not getting anywhere

You can only make payments over the phone or online. Due to the troubles you've had, we will be able to supply you with the phone number on the contract so you can try to call us again.

Please send us an email  with your issue, along with your community username, full name, full address, mobile number and date of birth and we'll get this sorted.
