hi i have not used this sim since december i cancelled then but have still been billed every month since no answer of live chat had a finale demand from a debt collector but i can get hold of you ????????????????????????????????????????????

Hi @iestyn1504,

When you cancelled your SIM card, did you close your Direct Debit or did you contact us to ask for a cancellation? If the former then the plan will have been left active with unpaid bills mounting up and you would be liable to pay those I’m afraid. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
