Hi I can’t seem to get hold of anyone from ID and I’ve been over charged baring in mind my sim is still in the post as I got the contract for my phone not the sim... they didn’t inform me or anything even though they have both phone numbers on record and I’m fuming(it’s only like 53p but that’s not the point)

This doesn't sound right. Are you referring to a new order, if so, is this a SIM only plan or a handset plan?

You will always receive an invoice for your first bill soon after ordering a plan from us, and payment is taken 14-days later. This is because we always bill you a month in advance.
