I have been charged £17.44 although my bill on the ID app for August states £11.99. I also have a £5 cap AND I have the unlimited texts, calls and data as I signed up for the NHS thank you deal which runs until 9th October. Can someone please assist me? Thanks.

We are sorry to hear about that. Do you have access to your bill either online or through your app? You will be able to see an itemised usage report for each additional charge to find out what you have been charged for.
