overdue bill

hi my name is louis and I got a letter saying that I have a outstanding balance and I tried to ring but the offices are shut due to coronavirus and I want to set a payment up for the 27th of april 2020 to pay this bill in full and clear the debt thanks.

You can pay your bill using your online Account or iD Mobile app as well. In the current situation I think this will be the easiest and quickest way for you. When you login to your Account and head over to the "Billing" page you should have "Make a Payment" button there. Double check if this is for the bill that you would like to settle and continue with few simple steps to finalize it.
