overpaying your bill - how can I obtain a refund?


I have been on the app seen an amount to pay went online banking paid then my DD took the same amount again - can this be reimbursed?

Hello @anniedog,

This would happen when the DD is due to be taken and a manual payment is made via card. 

In most cases, the DD is taken on time but the Bank reports this a few days later.

 

We can refund the additional card payment made.

I’ll PM you with how we can get this sorted for you.

Hi I am new to this community.  I need help in resolving my question.....In July 2 payments were taken by ddr  for no reason, no add ins etc......How do I get a refund???

Have you recently requested a date change on your Direct Debit?

Where both of them by Direct Debit, or was one of them a manual payment?

No request for ddr change and no manual payment
