I have over paid my bill as it said I had an outstanding balance to the. Find out you have take the money out of my bank account?? How is this fair I am not very impressed at all it’s my daughters mobile phone please make contact with me ASAP

Hi @Aaron2466,

I am sorry to hear about this, if you have made a manual payment too close to your Direct Debit date then the Direct Debit will still be taken as it is requested from your bank a few days prior in order to be ready for the billing date.
