paid bill still restricted


I have paid my bill however I still can't make calls send texts it's been nearly 2hours what should I do as I can't call them?

Absoluty so stupid u xant talk to I'd mobile. The online help doesn't work. I need use my phone. If my account is up to date why can't u use my phone

I've paid my 3 days ago and can't use my phone. I have switched on and off toom sim card out. I cant ring them as its automated znd says my account is all up to date.

How long I have to wait to active my services I don't give dam about cov19  you have to switch my services on or I will take action by laws I don't have paisanst do some thing I wait all day since 8 am  til now

Hi there my name is Antonin I pay my bill ant is over 2 hour and my service not working I need my phone  for work how long will take to get my service back on

I am the same to. Its awfully frustrating!

God sake that does not work my services need to be turned back on is there anyone who can do it

Sorry to hear your service have still not restored.

Can you please try a few things to see of we can restore your services.

  • Turn OFF your phone
  • Remove the SIM card out of the slot
  • Clean the SIM card 
  • Place it back in the SIM slot
  • Turn your phone back ON

@Pearl_c6 I tried all the above and it didnt work. But I just tried rebooting my phone again now and they're finally back on thankyou.

But its strange, the restriction on the account should have been lifted by now.

Can you please try a few things to see if we can get back your services.

  • Turn OFF your phone
  • Remove the SIM card out of the slot
  • Clean the SIM card 
  • Place it back in the SIM slot
  • Turn your phone back ON

If it still does not work, can you try to use the SIM in a different phone and see if your able to use any of the services.

Hi @Pearl_c6, the issue is still not resolved and I can not use any of my services. I am panicking because I am due to go in to labour any time soon and I am unable to use my phone services at all.

I paid my bill yesterday morning, and my services are still restricted. It's been over 24 hours now, and I cant call anybody to sort this out so what do I do?

Having issues myself... still restricted after 5 hours later, I've done the old turn off and on...  need my phone as I'm disabled. This is starting to panic me.

I rang up and paid my bill over the automated service, it said your services will be put back on within 1 hour.... and it’s still not on 14 hours later?
