On September 10th, I paid the bill in the amount of £ 15 and on September 11th, I was taken £ 15 from you, which gives me the payment for two months, which is September and October! I do not understand why you took the fee, since I have already made it! nothing changes in the application

In some occasions, if you make a manual payment very close to when a scheduled Direct Debit would be due to come out you could potentially end up paying twice on the account because of that.
The extra you have now paid in this case would be sat on your account and be used toward next months bill. However if you have an active Direct Debit setup, and you’d like us to refund any overpayment in this case, let us know and we can speak to you via private message to sort that if need be.
