Hi today I mean to pay my bill I paid on the app and still have no network or internet access when I call somebody it says you cant make any calls right now because you have an outstanding bill to pay of 0,00... doesn't make sense I need my network back asap...

Number of members are in the same situation for a while now I have seen this happen numerous times and have no answer myself why a system can take payment and still no service.
I have the same problem ….
