We'd expect payments to be made on their payment due dates.
This information would be in your account or can be found by logging into the iD app (remember, you'll need to register for an account before you can log-in).
If a payment isn't made, we may send a reminder.
Following failed payment after this, you may have a restriction placed on your services followed shortly after by a final demand letter.
Your credit file may also be affected with a later payment recorded for that month and for future months where a payment is not made when due.
Following failed payment after a final demand letter has been issued, we may refer your account to a Debt Collection Agency.
In any case, we'd hope to resolve the issues prior to this stage.
