You can make payment through your account online or via our iD Mobile app. You can also call us using 0333 003 7777 to pay using the automated menu system.

We are sorry to hear that the  0333 003 7777 number did not work for you. You can also try calling 7777 from your iD number and select Option 2 to make a payment.

I would just like to know, having just paid £200.00, do I owe any more then we can get this matter closed/

You can pay by calling 0333 003 0001 or via the iD app/account.

Once you’ve paid any outstanding balance, your suspension should be lifted automatically.
