Paying my Bill - no account access

I recently switched from pay monthly to PAYG. I have a final bill of £13 to pay. Normally I'd be able to call and pay over the phone but I can't at the moment as the call centre is closed.

The £13 is now overdue.

I can't make payment through the app or the website as it is taking me to the sign in page when I try to view the bill, it's a constant circle. 

How can I pay what I owe?

Thanks for getting in touch. 

You should still be able to make payment via the IVR. 

You can call 7777 from your phone and select the payment option.

I can't unfortunately. The account is now PAYG so I'm unable to make payment via the phone system.
